1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, registering, or using MLSi Academy products from the shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Shop Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, members, and customers of shop.mlsiacademy.com.
2. Products and Licensing
- All digital products, including eBooks, Study Guides, QBanks, and Courses, are licensed, not sold.
- Each license key can be activated on one device at a time.
- If you replace your device, MLSi Academy may reset your license key once, allowing activation on the new device. The old device will lose access permanently.
- License keys cannot be shared, duplicated, or used on multiple devices without official approval. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions may void your license and refund eligibility.
- All products are protected by the MLSIA Encryption + License Key System.
3. Membership Access
- Access to courses, materials, and license keys is provided via the MLSi Academy Membership Dashboard and the MLSIA app.
- Membership accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
- You are responsible for keeping your membership credentials secure.
4. Platform Compatibility
- MLSIA supports Windows and Mac only.
- Mobile phones and tablets are not supported.
- Refunds may be requested if a technical issue prevents access on a supported device. Use of unsupported devices may void refund eligibility.
5. Refunds
- Refund eligibility is governed by the MLSi Academy Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Refund requests must be submitted via the Membership Dashboard Help Section within 5 days.
- Refunds are only valid if license keys have not been misused or activated on multiple devices without an official reset.
6. Payment and Billing
- All payments are processed securely via PayPal.
- You agree to pay all applicable fees for the products you purchase.
- Prices are subject to change, but changes do not affect orders already completed.
7. Account Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration and purchase.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Sharing your account, credentials, or license key with others is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, including text, images, videos, and materials, is the property of MLSi Academy.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any content without explicit written permission.
9. Customer Reviews and User‑Generated Content
You may be invited to submit feedback, ratings, or reviews after purchasing a product or using our services. By submitting a review, you confirm that:
- the content is your original work and does not violate any third‑party rights;
- the feedback pertains to your own experience with the product or service; and
- you consent to the publication of your submission by MLSi Academy and third‑party platforms used for review collection.
MLSi Academy reserves the right to moderate, modify, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing.
10. Limitation of Liability
- MLSi Academy is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
- We do not guarantee results, exam success, or specific outcomes.
- Your use of products is at your own risk, subject to our Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee.
11. Changes to Terms
- MLSi Academy may update these Shop Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of shop products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles, subject to mandatory local consumer protection laws where applicable.
