2. Device & License Key Limits (with Reset Option)
- Each license key can be activated on one device at a time.
- If you change or replace your device, MLSi Academy can reset your license key once, allowing activation on the new device.
- After a reset, the old device loses access permanently.
- Refunds are only valid if the license key has not been activated on multiple devices without an official reset by MLSi Academy.
- Any attempt to bypass, duplicate, or reuse the license key across multiple devices voids refund eligibility.
3. Platform Compatibility
- MLSIA currently supports Windows and Mac only.
- Mobile devices (iOS and Android) and tablets are not supported at this time.
- Refunds may be requested if a technical issue prevents access on a supported device.
- Use of unsupported devices may void refund eligibility.
4. How We Protect You and Your Career

5. Product-Specific Rules
- Courses: Refundable within 5 days if less than 20% of lessons were accessed.
- Study materials: Refundable within 5 days if less than 20% of materials were accessed.
- QBanks: Refundable within 5 days if less than 20% of questions were attempted.
- eBooks & PDFs: Refundable within 5 days if less than 20% of the content was accessed.
- Bundles: Refund eligibility follows the least refundable item in the bundle.
6. PayPal Dispute Protection
- Refunds must be requested via your MLSi Academy Membership Dashboard Help Section within 5 days.
- PayPal disputes or chargebacks filed outside the 5-day window are not eligible.
- We provide PayPal with proof of delivery, license activation, usage logs, and encryption access records, ensuring your case is fully protected.
7. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted via the Help Section in your MLSi Academy Membership Dashboard. This ensures your request is logged properly and reviewed promptly.
You will need to provide:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Product Purchased
- Reason for Refund
- Screenshot (if technical issue)
Note: Requests sent via email may not be accepted. Please always use your membership dashboard to submit refunds.
We review all requests within 1–3 business days.
8. Special Circumstances
We also make exceptions for:
- Duplicate purchases
- Wrong product purchased
- Technical issues preventing access
9. Chargebacks & Account Protection
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of all MLSi Academy accounts
- Loss of access to active license keys
